Privacy Notice

What We Collect

• Enquiry details — the name, email address and project information you type into the quote form or send by email.
• Job records — photographs of masters on arrival, mold plans, pull counts, run quantities and dispatch details.
• Correspondence — the email thread relating to your job, kept with the job record.

We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.

Why We Hold It

To quote the work, to run it, and to answer the question “can you run that kit again?” eighteen months later. Job records are the reason we can tell you what resin a block was last run with, which is worth more than the storage costs us.

How Long

• Enquiries that do not become jobs: deleted after twelve months.
• Job records including photographs of masters: seven years, for tax and dispute reasons.
• Molds held on the rack: two years from the last pull, then we write and ask.

Who Sees It

Our staff, our accountant, and the courier when we ship to you. Photographs of your master are never published, shown to other clients, or used in our own marketing without written permission. Several of the pieces we are proudest of casting have never appeared anywhere, and that is how it should be.

Your Rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where a tax record obliges us to keep an invoice. Write to shop@castvein.example and put “data request” in the subject line so it does not sit in the quote queue.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will date the revision at the top. We do not email notices of minor wording edits, because nobody reads them.
